We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for making our transition back to Kentucky both rewarding and simple. Once we knew that we would be relocating from Utah back to Kentucky, we immediately knew where we wanted to live. As former Gemini Home owners (prior to relocating to Utah four years ago), we knew we wanted to return to Sutherland Farms and more specifically into a Gemini home, again. We immediately called Kelly to inquire about properties in Sutherland Farms and were fortunate enough to acquire 351 Roseberry Circle, Gemini’s 2011 Parade of Homes entry. Friends and family have made many comments about our new home when they viewed it for the first time. We have noticed that our guests find something in each room that they really like. They all seem to be amazed that the details flow from room-to-room and have not been reserved for just a few of the rooms. The detail even continues outside each door from the dramatic entrance area to the amazing covered back porch.
