Terrible service, even worse customer service. If you are looking for internet service look elsewhere. Service is flaky outages rampant and it's is priced higher than any other service available! Customer service is belligerant and they have issues with their invoicing system!

This customer was cancelled in 2012 and lived right next to a tower with 2Gig Capacity. She was a grandfathered '2Mbps' account and refused to upgrade her speeds to get the newer equipment we offered. As a result, she always had the account maxed out.
