i recommend you think about how you hire and fire the young kids today because my i know a kid whose spirit has been demolished since he heard that he was not a good worker and that he was not getting hired back at mcdonald's. he thinks that he has failed and now wants to drop out of school. he is no longer pursuing his basketball career or trying to go to college.he said that it don't matter how hard he try people still say he ain't good enough. i think that you should have told him he was fired before you told him to put in another application and then tell him he was a bad worker.
