I don't know why any attorney would recommend her. My attorney gave a referral, and I contacted this "business". I told her that my case was coming up soon, and I would need a vocational evaluator. She rushed a $3,800 contract over, and asked for payment upfront. She didn't even ask for the required judge approval. She just took my money. Two weeks later I told her that the case is likely to be postponed due to COVID and numerous other reasons, and that if the judge ends up denying this evaluation, I would need to get my money back. No response.
Over the next 6 months, I managed to settle the lawsuit, so no evaluation needed. Contacted her for a refund, and she says no. She says she has a "no refund policy". Even though she didn't do any work, she thinks she is allowed to keep my money.
