Provides community association management to both condominium and homeowners association in Broward County. Condo Management Alternative is a Florida licensed Community Association Management Firm that has been doing business since 1986, with the same owners and in the same location (officially incorporated in 1991). C.M.A. works with both condominium and homeowners associations. The owners and the staff work very hard to provide excellent service to the associations they manage and, in doing so, are very successful at keeping their clients happy. Our clients are our best references. If your association wants to upgrade their management company, look no further!
