Steer clear of this business. The owner is rude, arrogant and unprofessional. He was sent by the a home service warranty to fix a propane furnace. I have never had such a horrible experience. From the start the man was rude and uncooperative. Scheduled to come back, appointments confirmed but never showed. Office claims to not have our work order.

This is how A-Advanced put things right! They put customer satisfaction first!
My home warranty company recommended A-Advanced Heating and Air for some electrical work I needed done. I called and made an appointment for an electrician to visit the property. Unfortunately, the scheduling got mixed up, and they sent the HVAC person.
I rescheduled for a Saturday appointment. The appointment was set for 10-2, which I liked, because it would make it easy for me to get the property (a townhouse I own and now rent out) and still have time left in my day. But again, there was a scheduling problem – someone forgot to put me on the schedule! I called at 3, and the electrician was sent down, but didn’t get there until after 4 PM. So I had spent 6 hours at the empty house by that point.
The electrician found the problem. But it turned out it was not covered by the Warranty company. I had already paid a $50 deductible. A-Advanced asked for the remaining $70.
However, when I expressed by concerns about being made to wait twice for a service that wasn’t actually performed, A-Advanced decided to make things up to me by waiving the remaining $70. They were more concerned about my being inconvenienced than to get the rest of the money for that particular call.
I call that taking responsibility. I also call it caring about customers.
A company that puts customer satisfaction first is a company I will call again!
