Special Construction Services is a small woman owned business that incorporated in January 2007 . We own our Caterpiller PM-102 mill. It cuts 40" wide and from 0 to 12" in depth. Our employees have been trained by Caterpiller on proper operation of this machine. We our a Union company with 6 employees.
