Do not waste your time with this appraisal service if you want to close on a new home as they picked the lowest comps around devaluing the property over $20K which almost prevented the sale until we had to drop the already agreeable reasonable priced home by $14K to allow financing/purchase. They selected a $28K home that may not have even been move in ready for a comparison where we went back with other comps for consideration within our price range that would not even be considered. Additionally, would not allow consideration of the new carpet and relatively new appliances throughout along with turn key ready. Very disappointed in this appraisal as we have NEVER experienced such a low appraisal provided in our many home sales experiences.
