The Staff are Very rude with more concern of political agenda than for Patient care. Family is management and billing, big warning sign there and the current director is too young for his position and his skills as a Paramedic are by far questionable. I would rather contact another service then to be treated with no medical care. It seems to be quite a chore for employees to even start an IV. Personally i will never call this service to care for my family when Stoddard Co. or ClearWater EMS are in the same area until they hire a new director and employees who are proficiant at EMS. Hopefully the board of directors looks into some more than unusual incidents and decides to make changes before its to late.
