Victoria's "Pets and the City" has been coming to our home for years and our Gretta & Dude love her and the service she provides. Dude is so extremely anxious & car rides to a groomer or vet would cause him to have accidents in my car, on the sidewalk, at the cash register and, I'm told, in the back room. So, I was thrilled to find a service that made house calls and on top of that did an excellent job, too! Victoria gently takes command of the situation by ushering each dog out to her mobile unit, parked right in front of my home, grooms them & brings them back in when she's finished.
Dude is our Pom/Poo (who actually looks and acts like a Terrier) with entirely different needs. Dude, the extremely nervous male, always receives a haircut requiring finesse & talent and Victoria delivers every time.
Gretta, our female, is chunky after a previous surgery laid her up for some time, and, therefore, has special needs. Victoria seems to instinctively know how to take care for each of them and I certainly appreciate her so much for that<3
Pets and the City has been our sole groomer for years now and we are more than satisfied and pleased with the service we receive. Victoria, while professional & reliable, makes me and the animals immediately feel comfortable. She's become a friendly face for us and a welcome visitor in our home. I am always so happy with her work and relieved I'm not forced to leave my home to have my doggies groomed. Victoria is top notch!
