Caution with this one here. I met with Doug on 4/19 and gave to him a set of drawings to price my construction. He took my drawings and told me he would get back to me in one week. Four weeks late, at his invitation I went to his place to pick up my drawings. I didn't have anything to say to him so I took the drawings and turned to walk away. As I was walking toward my truck I heard him say... I thought southerners where supposed to be friendly. I said go to hell Doug and he came running up behind me shouting what did you say to me on my land, Im going to knock you out. I wasn't quite to my truck and being nearly 70 years old and feeling threatened I apologized and humiliated myself in an attempt to prevent physical conflict. As I took the final; few steps toward my truck, I didn't want to turn my back to him and kind of walked sideways as he would aggressively approach with both hands balled into a fist, then would take a few steps backward, then would make the aggressive approach again while saying the same thing, I'm going to knock you out. I continued to apologize in the face of this and was able to get into my truck and left. Something bad is wrong there......
