selected a single star because..it wouldn't allow me to comment without doing so.
On Saturday, 2/ 22, the valet at Perimeter Mall in Dunwoody, Ga. rendered such bad service it resulted in a police report being filed. They lost my car key (faub) and asked us to describe our vehicle (although they had retrieved the ticket identifying it). My children were freezing outside as the mall had closed. They eventually found my car..but not the key. A useless locksmith was called, the police officer,my husband, and I said he wouldn't be able to make a key for my VW CC..and he couldn't.
We left in a uber while my car remained unlocked until Sunday evening; when they called stating that my keys were found across town in another customer's vehicle. I spoke to the regional manger today, he says...
they lost my key, but did everything as they were suppose to, protocol. The arrogance and interruptions I experience while speaking to him was appalling. The disrespect and unaccountability obviously comes from the top of the chain; and it has created a culture of service that should not be trusted by the public. AmeriPark should have better trained staff , better business practices, and some ethical responsibility. The officer on duty was just as disgusted with them as we were.
