I frequently use quick lube shops for oil changes in my work truck. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any shop, the staff had no concerns for covid-19 precautions, no mask, no plexiglass barrier. I was greeted by a tech who left greasy hand prints on my dash. I asked for mobil 1 oil, I was told it was considered a "bottled oil" change. The pricing board listed a bottled oil change at $60. When they finished i handed my card over to the girl at the register, only to be given a receipt for $103.... when I questioned it she stated again thay it was a "bottled oil" change, so I showed her the price on the board and their justification was that my truck requires 6 qts of oil. $40 for an extra quart of oil???? I then spoke to the manager on the phone, he was extremely rude and told the girl at the counter to call the police if I wouldn't sign the receipt. Never have i had such a poor experience with an oil change shop or customer service in general.
