My experience with Lewis of Ramseur AC service has been by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. My landlord uses his company for AC repair & recharge each year, of my 4.5 years in my place, only 1 year did I find him professional
& quick to respond, that was the year the whole AC system was replaced, also a few months into covid,which affected a lot as well...Each other year, for AC recharge only...Mr Ramseur has lacked in communication, he takes several days to show up to even check the problem. The work itself seems to be done well, Mr Ramseur acts professional **in person**, but as far as emergencies, he is incredibly irresponsible to the point that I wouldn't consider what he is doing as a ft business ,but rather a hobby....he will leave you & your family to melt, oh yeah ..he doesn't work weekends...like seriously, he will tell you he is out of town...I envy this guy, he's almost always on vacation or out of town lol... so he says..& his response to your frustration? Inappropriate chuckling over the phone, a complete lack of consideration of your situation...If you are reading this, please continue looking elsewhere for a quality company to assist you, this is not what your looking for...I write this midway through day 5 of no air in Dallas TX, in mid june, laying in front of a fan..I cant even cook food..my house is almost 100 degrees, if I didnt have to look up the # from last year to contact him, I wouldn't have heard anything...he was planning on trying to wait another day..that's 6 days w/out air for me & my daughter...I work from home & had to miss 3 days of work so I could sleep in my car..outside...plz keep on clicking..this is the company website link, avoid @ all cost ... ramseurheatandcool.com
