They did work for me a couple of years ago and I am still paying to have landscaping re-done. You get what you pay for so do not hire Pennscapes because they may appear cheaper than the competition. They were far from inexpensive. I did not know that such a small company could even write change-orders. I was not building a skyscraper; I was having landscaping done. They were not accommodating at al. It did not semi like they were in a rush to get to another job because it took them forever to do even the smallest things (like eat lunch). Their employees really need to work on their communication skills. I would have been better off hiring someone who did not even speak English. They probably would have done a better job. . There are a lot of options out there and they are not a good one. Take your money elsewhere.
