Lorax provides LEED consulting Services to developers, owners, architects, and construction companies. We have developed software to automate LEED. Lorax is a leading LEED consulting firm, established in 2003 and located in Columbia, Maryland. We have helped certify projects in virtually all commercial building property types. We work for owners, developers, architects, construction companies and facilities managers. We support ALL LEED rating systems. In addition to our consulting practice, in 2008 we formed LoraxPRO. LoraxPRO offers web based Software as a Service (SaaS) to automate, simplify and project manage LEED certification projects. By creating a platform that maximizes a project team's collaboration opportunities, provides access to relevant resources, and guides the team through the LEED process, LoraxPRO minimizes time costs and information challenges associated with LEED certification.
