TERRIBLE COMPANY, DISHONEST & UNPROFESSIONAL: They have complaints on the Better Business Bureau BBB. I have a Lifetime Warranty on the Structure of my pool, that Desert Springs Pools will not honor. I've paid a structural engineer to confirm my claim
I've spent $3,500 on a Structural Engineer, Pool- builder advise and a Botness report, to prove my claim to Desert Springs Pools that the structure of my Pool & Spa, are cracked and failing, due to Structural DEFECT, and not anything else such as tree roots,, as the company claimed. I spent another $1000 to dig a 3' trench around my pool and photograph that there are NO tree roots present. After sending in my claim to Desert Springs, they still denied my claim, and said if I wanted resolve and compensation, I'd have to sue them for it. That will cost me almost $50K to do so.
