I was asked to share a review of my Delmarva Pole buildings experience. It was very good. Everyone I worked with was very helpful. The Amish crew was as good as I heard the were, and the finished product looked incredible. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

I would like to write a review for Delmarva Buildings. I had an outstanding experience working with this local pole building company. From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. Every question I had was answered promptly, and I always felt like I was in capable hands. What truly sets Delmarva apart is the incredible craftsmanship brought by their Amish crews. The attention to detail, the pride in their work, and the quality of construction exceeded all my expectations. We absolutely love our building -everything about it exceeds our expectations. The frame went up so quickly that I hardly at time to watch the progress - the concrete is the best job i have ever seen, and the wood grain garage doors make the whole building look way more luxery then we ever would have imagined. THANK YOU DELMARVA! WE LOVE OUR BUILDING!

In my opinion that this company is the absolute worst to do business with. I would give them zero stars if I could. Price escalation charges, significant delays in the building process - four times what was committed to and the building is still not complete, extremely poor communication with the company leadership when you try to get answers, multiple failed code inspections from the county. And the list goes on and on. IT IS MY OPINION THAT YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - TRUST ME - YOU CAN DO WAY BETTER. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

7 months to complete a pole barn. Wrong color because of a missed email. (I have to paint my house now) Wrong size door because of a forgotten conversation. (That cost me an extra $1,000) One crew walked off of the job and they had no idea. Door company chipped my concrete. Somebody had a contest about how far they could throw a dip can. The concrete guy trashed my yard. This company has no idea what is going out in the field with their jobs. Every delay took them weeks to overcome. I had to call them about everything and they were surprised every time. I should have went with Diamond State, or anybody else for that matter. Two of my friends have signed contracts with them. My neighbors won’t be using Delmarva Pole buildings. I have no idea how this company stays in business. But I do highly recommend that you contact Kenny Decker Diamond State Pole Buildings 7288 S.
