The greatest experience was first working with the owner Mike and then the staff. My husband and myself have had horrible work done at our home and it was VERY VERY important that our next project was to come from very trusting referrals! Guess what we hit the JACKPOT!!!! Thanks Mike and staff our windows are beautiful! And my I add when you call and have a question after the work has been completed you are treated with whay can we do no problem you name the time and we will be there to check it out. had 2 small windows in front of house (which we hated).called tomson windows mike came out and gave us a couple options,we took his advice and it paid off big.not only was mike great to deal with during the quoting and scheduling,but on "game day" his crew was just as great to deal with.went with a big picture window, so they had to cut a good size whole in front of the house.they did not stop until the window was in.the finished product is AMAZING!!Very friendly crew and staff.they treated my home as if it was thiers. couldnt be more satisfied. the cost,the job, and the final clean up. definately a company i would highly recommend to anyone. mike and justine rydzik north tonawanda
