First of all, I would like to compliment you on the NICE new sidewalk on Rose St. from the Key property to about 12th St. Makes my morning walk much nicer. On another vane, I would like to suggest that you finish the sidewalk next to CP Heating, (in fron of that new building on Rose St.), or at least put some cones back in there. It might save U a law suit if someone were to stumble there after dark. I was nearly hit by a car when I had to step into the roadway to get past that section of sidewalk. W.R. Casebolt
