This if for Mr. Britt Weeks. Thank you for what you have published. We have contacted Homedepot and they have said you have never been employeed there. Your statement is false. M & B is a great place to get any of your moblie home parts you need. If you seem to have a problem with any one at our store please stop in and it will be taken care of. Thank you Management

i work in retail at the largest hardware store in sylacauga and never visiting the m &b company i heard they had mobile home doors at great prices and assumed it was a great place to recommend customer to go when we dont have the mobile home supplys they need, but after visiting the store you could'nt tell whom worked there and who was shopping the one person who approched up was on there cell phone stopped and stood there for a moment looking at there phone after finishing with her phone then proceeded to help,but that is beyond the upset of todays episode when i called about a simple item the lady that was on the phone was pleasant and nice, the lady in the background was very rude considering i only asked if the matched prices and that the freedom living in talladega had the excact size i needed for only 64.95 were as m&b's was 5 ft shorter for 91.20. when i told the lady on the phone that the lady in the background says in a ugly tone " i guess you need to get it from them then" instead of no i'm sorry we dont match. i believe even the lady on the phone with me was stund because of the breif silence. i use to recommend customer to there store there at m&b mobile home supply ,but i do believe i will not be recommending them anymore. i'd rather have them drive the distance to freedom living than to have my customer deal with a bad expeiance when they are already fustrated they cant find what they need. for mobile home supplys go to freedom living in talladega.
