How about if you had a poor experience with this contractor? I have had an experience where our concrete is flaking after less than 2 years and their response is we do not provide warranties on our work. I am pursuing legal recourse.

I have very very bad experience with City Concrete.In January, 2014, we asked this contractor to build driveway for us. The asphalt of public street was damaged by them, they promised to come back to fix them. But they never come back now matter how many times I called them. Also the surface of some concrete started flaking after just 4 months. My bad experience told me this is a not trusted company!!!

I know somebody that delivers concrete for this company. He says they consistently ask for a lot of water to be added so that it is easier to spread. However, this compromises the strength of the concrete! 3000 psi is ordered which is for cheap sidewalks. Then per their request, an average of 50 gallons of water is added for a 10 yard load. This takes it from about a 4 slump to a 10 slump. If you're building a multimillion dollar home you need to have an inspector watch your pour. These foundations will probably fail.
