This shop is horrible. Worst experience i have ever had, they are an embarrassment to mercedes for being a certified mercedes repair shop. Took them 55 days to repair my car due to dragging their feet and ordering the wrong parts and poor qualit y repair. They broke multiple parts on my car and proceeded to reinstall them probably with the hope i would not notice. On top of this they did not follow through with a single statment they had told me. Are now over billing the insurance company as well as giving me difficulty about paying for the rental car bc i had to have it for over 30 days due to their incompetence and refusing to speak to me. They spin a web of lies to lure you in and then create even more to untangle themselves.
