I have lost over $1000,000 since 2007 on these luxury properties. Ridiculous monthly condo fees (over $1,000 per month), special assessments (2 in less than 5 years) and some kind of deficient management that can't run the building for $1 million per year.
STEP AWAY FROM THE BUILDING. The rats are leaving the sinking ship.
