My name is Jason Rosalez and my father had hired GP transport to haul caliche (calcium cabonate) to our residence outside of Sinton, Texas in order to build a road. The cost of transport of the caliche was $150. The driver who brought the load was inexperienced and made the decision that he was not able to enter the property because of his perceived difficulty in entering the premises. Needless to say, our previous contractor, Aleman Trucking had made three to four deliveries of caliche and had entered the property with no difficulty whatsoever. After speaking to the owner, Mr Noe Solis, he informed me that the $150 would not be reimbursed. I am currently working on a small claims suit in order to recover unrendered services from this company. I would definately not recommend GP Transport to anyone.
