Went on an interview yesterday for an Adminstrative position at Lee Contracting. I was very impressed with the fact that this company went from humble beginnings to where they are now. It truly reminds me of working as a Sales & Marketing Asst. at Progressive Tool and learning of their humble beginnings in a garage and where they are today. Totally inspiring!!! I was very dissapointed with the HR respresentative that conducted the interview. This woman was totally unapproachable and did not make me feel comfortable in any such way or form!!! As someone that has an HR background you always want to empower people and make them feel at ease. I was totally impressed by your company but having someone like her to represent the company I feel is not a true and accurate reflection of the company.
