Sorry not a Recommendation - This is the biggest "rip off" butcher I have ever come across. We ordered a 4lb prime rib for Christmas. The price was $16.99 lb which seemed quite expensive but for a good cut of meat we were willing to pay the exorbitant price. When my wife picked it up she was charged $105.34. Checking the price tag when she brought it home I noticed that we were charged for 6.2 lbs of meat. Assuming that they had mistakenly switched the tags with another piece of meat I snapped a picture of our cut of beef on a scale registering just 4.147 lbs. & went back after the holiday for my refund. Some very rude lady explained that I paid for the weight when it came in & then they trimmed the fat. (Over 2lbs of fat???). However, on the price tag it states 6.2 lbs "NET WT" not gross weight. Since we never asked for the fat to be trimmed I want my $34.88 back. When Richard the butcher called me back I asked him where my fat was & he told me it was between my ears. Pretty funny line under different circumstances but no laughs this time. Next stop Better Business Bureau. Run, do not walk away from this place. We learned the hard way. Next time it's Publix for $5.79 lb & you actually get what you pay for.
