They let me know exactly why they needed it for and for nothing more. I feel comfortable working with them and so far the process is going smoothly. Thanks to Affordable I was finally able to refinance my home. i was denied a few times because of my credit and going to bank after bank made my credit even worse! Affordable took the time out to look deeper into my credit and found many mistakes and were able to boost my credit, get me an even better program and get my home refinanced. I am so grateful for the time they but put into my loan other companies didn't even try to figure out my situation and Affordable was more than willing to.
