went in to purchase new honda civic. sales consultant Brian was excellent. However, at the later part of the conversation - the manager took over. absolutely one of the worst experience EVER. Totally argumentative, had no idea of pre-sales, customer service or salesmanship. after 17 years of being Honda owners, we had to walk away solely on the demerits of this manager.
