Mr. Shango; I was beyond shock and disbelief when I went to Quick Pick this evening, only to learn you are basically going to forcefully shut them down, due to your own greed. Sam & Nick have not only been "our" community store for years, but they represent soo very much more to all of their loyal customers!! To shut them down is an absolute travesty to so many who frequent there, not only for libations, but also for their friendship and charitable environment. I don't think I've ever met two people who have served the Plymouth community so well and are such a beacon to those who sometimes have a difficult disposition, especially during these financially, trying times. Sam & Nick's continuous customer service is what brings each customer back, plus we get an update on their families and catch up what's going on in each of our lives. I literally have seen Sam's family begin w/ twins all the way to his last son. I always comment and ask all about their entire huge family!! Nothing could ever be more important to this "family" of customers who adore them!! To find out you're actually related to them really breaks my heart, as I could never allow such greed cloud my judgement when it comes to my personal family. It is just so sad beyond comprehension how this will effect so many in their families, let alone the community. On behalf of our great neighborhood community, I can only beg for your reconsideration on raising their rent than having the bldg empty.
