Scam artist. My daughter had accident on weekend. City called City Wide to tow away. I requested the car be towed to my how which was just around the corner. Driver said since the airbag deployed I can't take to your house. He said she could come and remove her belongings out of the car the next day since it was raining. She went to get everything out of the car only to be told she had to over $800. The officer nor the driver said she would have to pay to get her things out the car. If they did it to my daughter they are doing it to others. They are rip off and should not be in business shame on them!

I needed my car towed from a repair shop in Allentown New Jersey to another repair shop in Belford. I called AAA and they sent this clown from City Wide Towing. When he got here he started yelling about needing to see a receipt that the car was paid for. I'd already talked to AAA and they told me it would be fine if the Employee at the gas station confirmed that the car was paid for but this guy wants to see the receipt. I searched my car and Couldn't find it. I asked the gas station employee and he couldn't find it either. I asked him if I could send a copy of the receipt from my iPad if someone at home sent it to me and he said no he had to see the paper receipt. AAA confirms that this is not needed. This guy was just being a dick. Then I opened my trunk and found the receipt. I brought it over to him and he said I don't know why you're being so hostile with me. I said I'm not being hostile you came in yelling. At that point he gives me back the receipt and says he's refusing service and drove away. I'm convinced this guy didn't want to drive all the way to Belford New Jersey. He also looks like a drinker so I didn't want him towing my car anyway. Bad experience. AAA apologized and sent a competent driver to tow it. Don't waste time with this bozo.
