Everything that this person below me said back in 2008, believe it! it's still true in 2020! Tommy Grider runs everything in Adair County. The bank where he's a board member donated land to the county for the fairgrounds so he can do no wrong in the counties eyes. All his properties are run down dumps and he charges the tenants top dollar to live there. Late with the rent, he'll turn off your utilities. That's against the law almost everywhere else, but not in Adair County. There's no tenant/landlord laws down here, so Tommy takes full advantage of that! And if you confront him about anything he gets so upset that you have to back off 'cause he looks like about to have a stroke, turning red, getting winded. POS! Hope he gets COVID-19 from the nursing home across the street from where he built his latest dumpy apartments!
