Rudnick Construction did not disclose issues with the septic system in our new development and in our purchase of our house. Rudnick clearly knew of pre-existing issues and failed to inform us, now we are being told we will be responsible for the cost associated with the issue that existed before we purchased the lot and home. If your looking for customer service, look elsewhere, if your looking for honestly look elsewhere.
