I have been searching in Lilburn for a personal care home for my father. I found a good one and have written on your site about that one. Upon my visit and reflections of Pch Arborwood, I feel it's my duty to report my suspicions of this facility. The place smelled unclean, the ladies (residents) seemed drugged and "out of it". The yard was overgrown. I just plain had a very bad feeling that the place was unkempt and the residents were unhappy. The smell got to me the worst. I just feel I had to say something. I definitely would not feel comfortable to leave my loved one in that place. God Bless Each One on a search to find a home for your loved ones.

My mother lived here for a short while. My brother found the place and thought it was OK at first. When I went to visit, I was appalled at how dirty and unkept the place is. The food served was cheap and inedible. For the price my family was paying to PCH Arborwood, I insisted that mother be removed immediately. I recommend that you research and investigate facilities like these thoroughly. Visit often and unannounced to be sure your loved one is cared for adequately.
