He does not care about the safety of children. Quinlan publically made inappropriate statements on fb attacking a woman and on a public page and on his own page. Recruiting his acquaintances to attack the individual. He then revictimized me by stating I was to blame for coming forward. STOP BULLYING BY MAKING THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND TAKING A STAND. KEEP YOUR CHILDREN AWAY FROM BULLIES SO THEY DON'T ENGAGE IN THE SAME BEHAVIORS FROM THE ADULT BULLY BAD ROLE MODELS
