1. Pushed my due date back a month because the person forgot to order the roof panel. 2. I kept calling consistently and was told they're ordering it from some secret dealership only on this side of the country even though they were plenty of roof panels available with tracking numbers on the East Coast that would have gotten here within a week. 3. I believe they got my roof panel from a salvage yard for less to commit insurance fraud and take the money that should have been spent on the panel for their personal pay. Also extended how long it actually takes to fix something that can be fixed in 2-3 days to commit more insurance fraud for labor pay. 4. They like to say we will call you back but they 100% have never called me back when they have said that. 5. On the third of May when they told me oh it's about to arrive and then oh it's not here today maybe the next day I called every day for the next two weeks And then gave up and told them to call me once they get the panel. And I already gave them my car on the third. 6. They never called so I decided to pick it up on Monday and all of a sudden over the threat of losing my car and the insurance pay they lied and said they started working on it but they did not. They hid my vehicle from me so I could not see it or retrieve it. 7. I was told it might be done on Wednesday but then on Wednesday I get a call saying oh it's gonna be on Friday of next week. So how is that possible? 8. I told them I want my vehicle back idc if it's not finished and I was refused. They stole my car and my car is currently being held against my will locked in their building where I can't get it back. And the worst part is it's just sitting there nothings been done to it not even the hood was replaced which could take five minutes. 9. I'm expecting more lies, more fake excuses that are obviously poorly thought up. My insurance will still have to pay for their fraudulent activities but I plan to sue them once I'm done with my current lawsuit because they put my livelihood at risk, they put my safety at risk, they forced hardship on me, and they get rewarded with my insurance paying them more than they deserve. I made the reservation in the beginning of March for April 9th. Then it was moved back to May 3rd and didn't get started until Monday may 16th supposedly but really that's just when they officially stole my car and refused to give it to me. When you ask for a car that you 100% own back you can't be refused your property especially when they were paid upfront so it's not like if they did any work they weren't compensated for it. This everyone is called auto theft except it has an attitude with it because they think they can do it because they're a body shop. But my car wasn't even worked on and even a business can't steal your car.
