No. I find that I have had so many Problems with usaa. Everything from being hung up on by basic representatives to misinformation about payments, or making payment arrangements. I have pushed and beat and abused, by employees. Their employee need more training on how to deal with veterans. I have recently not been able to make correct payments because of mis-information. I even have a Organization trying to help work with them but they still are being abusive. I hope this will reach someone in corporate. because needs to stop.
