Since I had only been to the dentist once in the last three years I was really nervous about going back, but Dr. Richardson's office made everything a breeze. They worked with my schedule and were happy to answer any questions I had over the phone. The cleaning with the hygienist and the initial appointment with Dr. Richardson were both extremely thorough and I left feeling like I understood what next steps I needed to take. The staff at the front desk were also very patient and explained what my insurance did and did not cover and gave estimates of my procedures before any work was done. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist in the area!

I've been going to Dr. Richardson for years. Always have had a good experience, and I really enjoy my regular hygienist, Joyce, who chats with me throughout cleanings. I rarely have to wait for my appointment, and scheduling is always easy. Even if I forget, they send email reminders before my appointment and text reminders an hour before. I won't lie, that text has made the difference between me absentmindedly skipping the appointment and making it as planned. When I went in for fillings this week, it was so quick and easy. They gave me music to listen to while they worked, and set me up on a massage pad which was very relaxing. The staff are all very friendly, which makes going to the dentist enjoyable rather than a chore.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Richardson and his amazing staff to all my family and friends ( and I do). They are professional and fun at the same time, You are made to feel comfortable and at ease whether it be a routine cleaning or having dental work completed. They are very flexible, they will fit you in for emergencies (trust me I know) and best of all he is HONEST! The team is on time, and gets you fixed up and on your way all with some laughs! They are great :)

I've been to a lot of dentists over the past ten years. Most of them ranged from "okay" to "Never again!!" but the experience I've had at Dr. Richardson's office was stellar. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was extremely thorough and non-judgmental. They have all the latest and greatest technology to make your visit comfortable and Dr. Richardson is kind and does a great job explaining things. I thought I was going to need a root canal, but after reviewing my x-rays, he thought a more conservative approach was appropriate and I couldn't be happier! I've finally found a dental "home"!

We moved back into the area in 2012, after 20 years away. One of our first concerns was dental care. We took the time to do research and found Dr. Richardson and we are absolutely thrilled we did. He and his staff are professional, friendly, caring, and they know us as people, not just patients. I actually look forward to going to see the dentist!
