Hopefully you read this before considering even the thought about making an appointment at this complete incompetent place where they PRACTICE dentistry.
They will usually start you off being pleasant, but if you make it out without pain for a couple of weeks, you should consider yourself lucky.
The office staff has absolutely no idea what they are doing because they don't communicate. Don't ever try to change your appointment because they have created a non standard business practice of charging you $50.00 even if you show up for the appointment you rescheduled. In my case I called them on it twice an I was told it wold be removed by three different office staff including the "bookkeeper". I was then sent a bill for $200.00! I fugured they made another error per normal. The next month a new invoice was sent for $125.00 and the following day I received a letter from collections! Most of the time or always insurance companies take 30 days+ to pay.
This is a WARNING- STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL BUSINESS AS POSSIBLE! They will rip you off given the opportunity.
Stay tuned... I will fill you in after I take them to court.
Designer Dentistry you have 15 days to remove the collection and send me in writing your removal of your imaginary charges.
