Had an awful experience with the owner today. I was a new client and my dog was very sick which we did not get to the bottom of it but that’s OK. What was not OK was when the owner came storming around the corner making assumptions and started yelling at me in front of everybody a whole lobby full of people and the staff. Saying that I was accusing them of being scammers when I never once claimed that this clinic was a scam. He should have pulled me aside and talk to me rather than doing it the way he did. The girl helping me kept apologizing as if she’s used to seeing him act this way and from reading other reviews on websites it’s very common that he does this. I’m going to put a stop to it. He is completely unprofessional very degrading and extremely arrogant. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Save your sanity and do not go here!
