I bought 3x3x8 bales of hay from Bob Bush and wired the money to his account in 2011. When the hay was delivered here in OK. there was 6 bales less than agreed on. When I called him he told me he would send me the money for the 6 bales. He then went on vacation in FL. and said he would take care of the refund . Well, we got to the point where he does not take my calls and when his son answered one of my calls in April 2012, he told me " well funds are a little tight right now" I have not heard from Mr. Bush and he does not answer my calls or texts. So far no refund 9-27-2013. Hans Christensen
