My friend bought me a birthday gift there that I tried on. The sales lady said they looked great on me so my friend purchased them. I wore them one time and they ripped in the front of my thigh right on the seam. I called and spoke to the manager and sent her a picture of the pants. She refused to fix the pants or offer me another pair, even though I explained to her that I have been shopping there for years plus I brought my friend there and she shopped there as well. So I explained to her that I will not be shopping at her store no longer neither will my friend and that I am going to write a review.

I am pregnant and sent my husband in for a sweatshirt. He got the wrong thing. I brought it right back and asked for a refund. I am pregnant and sent my husband in for a sweatshirt. He got the wrong thing. I brought it right back and asked for a refund. Less than 5 minutes passed between the time he left the store and i brought it back, and the manager would not refund my cash. I ended up leaving the sweatshirt. I posted on Deep Blue's facebook, and they simply deleted the post. I am complaining to the BBB to try to get my refund, since they are being completely unreasonable about their customer service policies. Please think of how Deep Blue treats cute pregnant local ladies off season before you shop there. And then don't shop there. thanks xoxoxo
