This is NOT a recommendation this is to let the public know how awful James Kelly(owner of Divine Designs) is with his work. He cuts corners, then pockets the money. Final inspection he got paid and now as problems are starting come to arise he is no where to be found. Basically he takes the money and runs. Beware, Beware, Beware!! His work is poor quality, never has receipts or invoices for work done and often made up amounts that were not what the worker charged. There are many more qualified builders in Myrtle Beach area, please use them.
