Your office staff is the laziest staff I have ever witnessed in my entire 52 years on this earth. They never and I repeat never answer the phone and there are three people in the office. We have been without hot water for at least a total of three weeks over a period of about three months. There is no hot water for the washing machine's. Six months ago I asked that the office check into the hot water in the wash room. I was told it would be taken care of. As of yesterday I decided to check to see if it had been fixed, it was not . Sheena in the office said she just forgot. I keep a very clean pet free apartment and I have cockroaches that I could put a saddle on and ride all the way to the West Coast. I told Sheena someone was hacking my bank account online and she said, and I quote, "So what." When you have a staff that does not answer the phone you lose money aske when you have a staff that does not answer the phone you lose money in droves. Obviously you must be a lot like the people that work for you lazy and and you probably don't shower either.
