This shop performed so far below expectations that I would leave a minus rating if I could. I was a first time customer and referred to them by a current FLEET customer so I felt comfortable bringing my vehicle in. All I needed was a diagnostic. Well, to start, my appt. was at 1pm, they didn't even bring my truck in the bay until 2pm. Now mind you, I am waiting in the customer waiting area, and they knew it. As I am waiting, I figured I would take a walk around and look to see if the truck was even being looked at, well, it was, kind of, one tech had to remind the other ( the one " working " on my truck ) of the model and engine size. OOkkk. Well, the other 3 times I walked around, the hood was never opened ( as far as I saw ) and both techs were chatting and looking at a different vehicle. It was at 4 pm when I finally told them to just bring the truck out since I haven't heard any updates and 3 hours is a bit excessive for a diagnostic. As they brought the truck out, I heard someone in the office say that it was supposed to be a drop off anyway (GUESS WHAT ! IT WAS NOT A DROP OFF ) then they handed me a bill for over $200 . ABSOULTLY ASTONISHING ! The shop is pretty, but the service,,,, hmm. N/M . Only nice thing was the lady at the desk, she was polite.

I was a first time customer and referred to them by a current FLEET customer so I felt comfortable bringing my vehicle in. All I needed was a diagnostic. Given the experiences I've had with Arndt Auto I have referred everyone I know when they mention a need for service.
