Generally poor treatment of staff. At the same time, sadly tolerant of illegal drug use by workers during work hours even when reported by other staff. Owner (Mike Rosenthal) tended to insult those employing Double M and talk poorly about them to staff as well as insulting staff and paying only for hours scheduled, not for actual hours worked. I could not recommend his services to anyone.
