Good morning,
Me and my husband came to ocean city on July 25th, on a spontaneous, quick getaway to enjoy ourselves. However, our trip ended up being ruined due to an extremely bad experience. We booked and paid for the room at the Ambassador Inn the same day we got down there so, of course we had to wait for it to be cleaned, which is no problem. Once we finally came back to the room from being at the beach all day and swimming, we though we could take a nice hot, and comfortable shower, but that wasn't the case. We had no hot water, the bath tub was filthy, the floor looked nasty and dirty, and there was white stuff all over our chair stool in the room. I did not feel comfortable, and I spend too much money ($336) to be going through everything we went through. We tried getting in touch with the manager no one would help us, we were told that maintenance would come and fix our shower that night, and 30 minutes past and it was 10:30pm but the time I went back down and speak with Ahmad for him to smirk and smile in my face and say that maintenance was not here tonight. We were told the manager Latoya would be in on July 26th at 7am, and we could talk to her about a refund. She was not there and we were getting the run around. We dealt with the very unprofessional housekeeping supervisor who was no help at all but more of a problem. She gave me attitude and was very nasty to me which got underneath my skin and upset me. We checked out early and was not given a refund.

We booked and paid for the room at the Ambassador Inn the same day we got down there so, of course we had to wait for it to be cleaned, which is no problem.
