All items are prepared and made on the premises. Pies and pie fillings are all made fresh with fresh whole fruit and no preservatives. Baked items include pies, muffins, cinnimon buns, donuts, sweet breads, scones, struddles, crumb cake, bagels, cookies, and much more. All coffee and espresso is roasted by a private roaster.
