Our main goal is to offer authentic yogic teachings in an affordable, accessible, professional, and non-threatening fashion. We have a variety of classes from advanced to beginner, and from traditional to specialized. We also offer massages, reiki, shiatsu therapy, and reflexology. We are accredited by Yoga Alliance to offer yoga teaching certifications, which we offer in a year-long program.
