STAY AWAY!!!! I dropped off a snow blower. It was someones house, that was listed as a Troybilt rep. I called many times for weeks, they did not repair it. When I drove by my snow blower was on the front porch with kids climbing on it. I banged ob the door until someone answered, then loaded up my snow blower and left; I had to take it somewhere else to be repaired. I called Mason Ohio and complained about the " in home business". Mason OH said they have had many complaints about the house but they could not prove it was a business. I called Troybilt and they said they offer repair classes but are not responsible for people that claim to be a certified repair shop, what a joke. STAY AWAY!!!
